Instructions
1) Download the the files.
2) Extract the Survival pack, and replace the your left 4 dead folder with the new one. (This also updates your game to 1.02)
3) Install the 1.03 patch, say yes to remove previous patch.
4) Play and Enjoy

Notes
-Slightly messes up the sound, I don’t know why
-Does not mess with your Garena settings unless your icon is moved to a different location
-Does work with Garena.
